1. Who we are

This website (automotive.industrialgrowth.agency) and The Danube Divide report are operated by Blackhole Enterprise FZ-LLC (licence no. 47010494), registered office: FOB51646 Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates ("Blackhole", "we"). 2. What data we collect

When you request the report through the form on this site, we collect the details you enter: your first name, last name, company email address, company name and phone number, together with which form on the page you used and the time of your request.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical server logs (such as IP address, browser information and request time) needed to operate and secure the site. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

3. What we use your data for

• Delivering the report — we email you the report you requested. Legal basis: your consent and taking steps you asked for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)–(b)).
• Newsletter and industry briefings — by requesting the report you also subscribe to our email newsletter and occasional industry updates. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time (see section 6).
• Following up — we may contact you about the report and our services using the details you provided. We don't cold-call and we stop on request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to the business interest you expressed (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Security — preventing abuse of the form and keeping the service running (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We never sell your personal data, and we don't use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Where your data is stored

Your form details are stored and processed in MailerLite, the email platform connected to our form, which acts as our data processor — see the MailerLite privacy policy. The website is hosted by Vercel, which processes the technical server logs described above — see the Vercel privacy policy.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers are protected by recognised safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Beyond these processors, we share your data only if the law requires us to.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as you stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we remove you from our mailing lists; unsubscribe records may be retained so we can honour your choice. Technical server logs are kept only briefly.

6. Unsubscribing and your rights

Every email we send contains a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email us at info@blackholemedia.eu at any time to unsubscribe or to exercise any of your rights.

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete and receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting processing that happened before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in Hungary, the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).

7. Children

This site is intended for business audiences. It is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and its effective date. The current version is always available here.
